1. Services

Lisa Alvis Design Studio offers interior design, decorating, home staging, and styling services for clients in Canada and internationally. Services may include virtual consultations, design packages, or in-person services. Availability and pricing of services are subject to change without notice.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, designs, layouts, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions—is the property of Lisa Alvis Design Studio or its content suppliers and is protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.

 

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of this Site without our prior written consent.

3. Booking and Payments

Some services may require an initial consultation, deposit, or full payment in advance. All fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies will be clearly communicated before service agreements are finalized.

 

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund policies vary depending on the nature of the service. For virtual consultations and digital design services, refunds may not be available once the work has begun. For in-person services, a cancellation policy will be outlined in the service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and access to the project site (where applicable). Lisa Alvis Design Studio is not responsible for project delays due to incomplete information, site inaccessibility, or third-party contractor delays.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and services provided through this Site. However, Lisa Alvis Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or services.
